Ive decided to start a platform to document the start of my first business-Kiss The Sky Vintage 🙂

Some background information- the name Kiss The Sky Vintage comes from my obsession with skies. One of my favourite brands are nike, they’re vintage ads were always so inspiring and I wanted a brand that felt sporty and aspirational. When looking to the sky I feel the possibilities are endless, and thats how I wanted my brand to feel. Years back as a pre teen I saw an editorial in teen vogue and it was a photo of a girl with balloons and it said “scuse me while i kiss the sky”. Back in the day I changed it into my MSN messenger name and its always stuck with me. Later on,learned it was from the Jimmy Hendrix song, a favourite. I know what your thinking….does kisstheskyvintage have any relevance to drug use ? No, To me kiss the sky means looking up to the clouds, having huge aspirations and kissing the sky as a thank you to universe.

Anywhooo…. I dont know why starting a blog in 2019 sounds old to me. But hey maybe it goes with the whole “vintage” vibe. Here it is Kiss The Sky Vintage Blog sharing things I like and want to share with the world maybe some styling tips ,hope you enjoy 🙂
